Brett Sandberg is a New Jersey native who has quickly made a name for himself on tracks across the US despite not having the traditional karting background and little professional training. His rise to stardom began in 2009 when he won all 8 races that he entered, setting three track records for his class with his Acura Integra – finishing 1st in the NASA Honda Challenge Championship. 

The following year he made his Pro racing debut at the St. Petersburg Grand Prix with his Acura TSX World Challenge Touring Car. Sandberg took fourth in that race and finished the season with four top 5’s and one podium –  finishing third in the World Challenge Touring Car Championship. 

In 2011 Sandberg made his Rolex 24 debut aboard a Porsche and also made his Sebring debut aboard a Lamborghini LP560 with FIA GT1 driver Dominick Schwager and Formula 1 tester Nicki Pastorelli. In his World Challenge season he scored two podiums and five top five finishes.  

He made his Grand Am Continental Sports Car Challenge debut in 2012 in the CKS Autosport Chevy Camaro driving alongside Ashley McCalmont – scoring multiple top 10 finishes as well as contesting three World Challenge GT races with Truspeed Autosport.

A successful year in Porches followed in 2013. He drove the #46 Privacy Star Truspeed Porsche in the IMSA GT3 Challenge series – scoring multiple podium finishes. Sandberg finished fourth in the Championship and won the Porsche Rookie of the Year.  He received recognition from Flying Lizard Motorsports –competing with the team in the #44 Porsche during the 12 Hours of Sebring and the Petit Le Mans. Sandberg also rejoined Compass 360 Racing in World Challenge, winning multiple races throughout the season, he was just a few points shy of earning the championship win, finishing second.  He also drove with Fall Line Motorsports in the Continental series at Daytona and COTA and raced their Audi R8 LMS at the Indianapolis Brickyard Grand Prix.

In 2014 he contested the full season in the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge Rebel Rock Racing’s Porsche and was brought back to drive the Audi R8 LMS at Watkins Glen with Flying Lizard Motorsports. 

In was again in demand in 2015 – driving a Nissan 370Z and Aston Martin in Continental Challenge races and making his European debut in the Nurburgring 24 Hour – impressing in a long night stint in the rain aboard a Porsche. He also drove in World Challenge races for Truesport Autosport in the GT Cup class and made his Lamborghini Super Trofeo debut.

In 2016 he charged to title success in the Pirelli World Challenge Championship. With three victories, seven poles and 11 podium finishes aboard the KTM X-Bow GT4, Sandberg clinched the GTS driver's title.

For 2017, Sandberg has been signed to drive for Change Racing in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. He will compete in all NAEC Endurance events aboard the Lamborghini Huracan in the GTD class. He kicked off the new year by finishing second in class aboard a KTM X-Bow in the Dubai 24 Hour.

Canadian Michael Valiante has graduated from a very successful career in the single seater formulas, to become one of the most respected and sought after drivers in the sportscar world.

Prior to his sportscar career, Valiante was a standout in Formula Atlantic where he scored six victories and finished second and third in the 2002 and 2003 seasons. He also made two Champ Car starts in 2004 and 2005.

Valiante has successful stints in the American Le Mans Series to his credit and has also competed in the NASCAR Nationwide Series for Chip Ganassi Racing.

In Daytona Prototype competition Valiante has driven for many leading teams including; 8 Star Motorsports, Chip Ganassi Racing, Wayne Taylor Racing, Michael Shank Racing, Starworks and Spirit of Daytona.

Valiante is a multiple race winner in both the GRAND-AM Rolex Series and Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge (CTSCC). In 2012 at Mid Ohio, he made history by becoming one of only a handful of drivers to ever win both a Rolex and CTSCC race on the same weekend.

For the 2013 season, Valiante was recruited by the newly formed 8 Star Motorsport GRAND-AM Daytona Prototype squad and immediately showed his speed and technical prowess, by recording a pair of runner-up finishes in their first two races together.

In 2014, Valiante competed fulltime for the Spirit of Daytona team in the new Tudor United Sportscar Championship (TUSC). 4 podium finishes; including a win at Watkins Glen 6 hr resulted in third place in the championship.

For 2015, Valiante returned to the Spirit of Daytona team in the TUSC. He finished second in the championship with 6 podium finishes highlighted with 2 wins at Laguna Seca and the Watkins Glen 6 hours.
